Featured Gallery: Sarah & Michael 2021

Sarah and Michael celebrated a lifetime of love to come through marriage on September 18, 2021 in their quaint home and yard in northern Illinois. I had the honor of capturing their special day from start to finish, and seeing them truly made me believe in love.

The Venue

Something beautiful about this wedding to me was that they choose to have it in their own backyard and hand-make almost all of the signs and decorations, as well as hand-crafting all the floral arrangements as well. They wanted it to be uniquely their day, and put their heart and soul into every piece they made.

The Ceremony

Their ceremony was also outdoors, which was amazing since it was a beautiful 74 degrees on a breezy September saturday, meaning that nobody had to sweat nor layer. They wanted a small, quaint, and intimate ceremony, with only their most cherished friends and family.

They said “I do!”

The Celebration

Sarah and Mike were surrounded by the sweetest and most caring friends and family, and enjoyed every minute of their special day. With catering from a local barbecue spot and fun games like corn hole and mini golf, the day was fun and exciting for every single person there. It was an honor for me to be part of their day, and I’ll never forget it for the rest of my photography career.
